Ebay problem: Do I have a case?

Hey guys...
Bought a bluray player on Ebay yesterday... It said it would be delivered same or next day by 24 hour interlink courier.. it was even said on the listing itself...

I asked for tracking details today by email as it said on the ebay page it was posted.

I then got a reply saying that it had been delivered by unrecorded royal mail standard parcels...

Do I have a case to demand a postage refund?

Has it been delivered?

Well it was posted today, it won't be delivered now till well after new years day id have thought.

EDIT: While if it was interlink I would have got it tomorrow, which is what I paid for.

The reason im very on edge about whether to claim or not is that I only paid a tenner for the postage.. Although the bluray player only cost £30... But surely the cost is irrelivant?
