Ebay Problem

Just tried to sign into ebay to sell something and it tells me i have exceeded my limit and i need to enter my credit card details to confirm again. this common? or a scam? Thanks

If you went there directly using www.ebay.co.uk then it is fine.

Most likely you did something like place several bids or send out a lot of messages.

Have you been using a PayPal personal account, because that has a cumulative limit on the amount you can receive.
