Hi

I'm having quite a bit of trouble with an item I'm selling on Ebay.

It all started the other day when I listed it, but for some reason ebay had my paypal ID as my email address when it has been different for the past 3 years. This led to some of my buyers getting confused and eventually I had to end the auction and relist. I alos paid for the featured listing and the two listings together come to £26 which is a hefty sum :(

I have now relisted the item, however I am completely unable to find it anywhere except in My Ebay. Search results return nothing, I'm not in the featured Listings I have even used Ebays item number search to see where my item is listed and it isn't listed anywhere, the item number is valid though.
It says the item has either ended or listed after an index update.

The thing is this item was listed 26 hours ago.

I have contacted Ebay twice and both times receieved a useless automated response and no action has been taken.

I really want to sell this item quickly, I'm going on holiday next week and I have already lost a lot of money trying to sell them.

Any help is much appreciated.

Oh, the item is

My Item

thanks

Karl

Postage is free for this item, and will be first class royal mail

The £2.90 cost includes paypal fees, postage fees and ebay fees. No additional costs apply.

??

Ok what I meant is that there are no hidden fees. lol

I'll edit that

Not entirely sure what is up but hasn't the promotion ended? These aren't redemable anymore, well in the UK anyway

EDIT: It could be because your title is so long.

I can see how that might affect search results, but my item isn't listed and I have paid the fees so it should be

I can access it from my ebay and so can you from the link I posted but nobody else can :(

If ebay haven't been able to sort it out, I struggle to formulate a thought process whereby one of us can.

Same goes for 95% of all threads with the word "ebay" in the title.

Ebay hasn't replied, I'm sure it can be sorted out

You 2 just ignore my post then, eh?

Sorry dude/dudette?, I hadn't ignored you. I'm on that site now :)

thanks, I'll let you know how I get on

Apparently it is being looked into. I just have to wait.

I need to sell soon, and they refuse to cancel the item and refund my fee so I can try and relist it.

Hopefully my problem has been brought to attention though which may help.

Thanks Kell_ee001

I'd get moving those to be honest... at your price of £2.90 each and the promotion ending this month... you could be left with a lot of useless bits of paper.

You would be surprised at how many bids I had for the last auction in a few hours. Pity my PayPal address was wrong, caused a lot of hassle.

I originally started with 188, so I sold 17 in just a few hours, when time starts to run out I will relist with a lower price to sell the rest.

How long you been collecting those? Based on your ebay sales you have eaten around £1200 of subs. Nice going.

eBay has taken ages to show one of my items before. By the time I got in contact with them they said we have looked and its showing. Funnily enough when I looked after that is was there.

EDIT - Crikey, just read you have 171 for sale! Thats a lot of subs - Did you used to work in Subway by any chance ;)

I have been collecting for a while, not just from my own subs. I also know people who work in subway, very useful :p

I hope nobody bids on these whilst it's broken because if they do and it still doesn't work by next week I'll cop the £13.50 to list it. If nobody buys I can relist for free.
Maybe I shouldn't have posted the link :p
