Ebay query!

Would you trust this guy?

He has an awful lot of positive feedback but after I purchased the item i went through his feedback and came across a negative feedback on the product I have bought saying FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

I have e-mailed the guy but havn't yet received anthing back from him.

Hmm well the past month he has ahd 996 pos 7 new 12 neg

With sellers like that you have to take a chance or pay abit more for it off another seller with not as much selling power.

Doubt he is a fraud. When you deal with these mass buyer/sellers the best way to get their attention is to file a complaint either with Paypal if you used it or eBay. I waited 1 week for a product that didnt come, I emailed him and waited another week or 2 (theres a certain time you have to wait) and he didnt reply. Filed a complaint with Paypal and he replied and sent in 1 week lol

I bought 3 months xbox live for £7.99

The e-mailed I sent was asking whether the code is sent via e-mail or the card through the post. Not heard back yet.

They did send me an e-mail saying thank you for your purchase bla bla bla and please leave positive feedback if you feel the transaction went well etc.

How about registering a non-performing seller complaint on ebay.

That would force the seller to respond or face a black mark.
