EBay question

Sold some ps4 games on eBay on Sunday. I haven't posted yet, doing it tomorrow. One guy has messaged me asking for a refund after the sale but before I've sent the game. Am I obliged to refund him or is it buyers remorse and tough luck?

Even if I get proof of postage? Will I lose out on fees?

Okay thanks. I'll refund rather than risk losing something in the post or it getting broke and relist it.
