ebay scams

i hate the way they think they are being clever with these adverts. They know they are deliberately setting up a listing that is way way above the cost of a sheet of paper and below the RRP of the phone.

I'll report it too, someone is going to get stung and though you should protect yourself and read as much as possible of an ad this is indefensible.

I logged in and sent him/her a message, it simply said Scum

if anyone needs a crack in the jaw its people that do this and manage to live with themselves

couldn't agree more, the greed of some people on ebay is unbelievable

Makes you think what you can get away with. I've always been loyal on ebay when I sell stuff and i refund differences in postage cost. If it costs more I pay it, last time I sold stuff it cost about £13 to post a laptop, i charged them £15 I gave them £1 change which I think is really fair.

"By buying this item you are agreeing to the terms that you are only paying for a photo of the phone being sent to you with a list of specifications."

wow what a dirty *****r especially by putting the above quote in hard to see text :S

Thats shocking, i have to admit i didnt even notice the disclaimer when i first looked at it...........

Yeah I haven't used Ebay properly in quite a while and just recently tried to sell a phone. The buyer wins and then decides not to pay for it! That just ****s me off, the complete time wasters that don't even care that they've just wasted somebodies time.

But if you dont read ebay listings fully... than its your own fault

But this seller is obviously out to deceive, if you notice the disclaimer is in a lighter colour and doesnt stand out at all. The fact that they even have a disclaimer still doesnt make it right, to set a "buy now" at £100 for something that is information only is just plain wrong. The seller is betting on the fact that if they show all the information as they have done and have a "£100 buy now" that a buyer will assume they are buying the phone............its an obvious scam.

i only noticed the disclaimer on my second look :( that ***k is taken the ***s

it is nearly as bad as the people selling instructions on how to make a pandora battery for a psp while theres free guides about by the same people that made it :)
