I am becoming quite a regular seller on ebay now but for the 1st time Ive had a winning bidder with a rating of "0". The item they have purchased sold for £77. Im wary of the deal falling through or them trying to pull a fast one. Its not a major amount of money but is essential funding for my trekking holiday.
How easy is it for buyers to claim back their payments through paypal? Can I just decide to not sell to this person and choose the 2nd chance offer to the next bidder (with a better rating of 55)? I really cant be doing with any hassle see.
