eBay software?

i just watched a program on tv about people trying to make a million on ebay. It showed a program that ebay sellers use which showed all sorts of different details about your items for sale including ip address.

Anyone got any idea what the software was?

Im pretty sure its when you have a ebay shop you get access to that info, very detailed reports about your items etc.

The program was on bbc2 at 7pm.
