I have a real problem with my eclipse, If i push a PCI card all the wasy into the a slot, the backet in no way lines up with the holes in the case, basically the brackt that would screw onto the side on the hole is too far back inside the case, like this:

PCI card would be the line on the left. Basically the backet half covers the screw hole. If i make the backet and hole match, the card can pop out on the end towards the front of the case. It has already made my sound card half pop out for example.

I guessing the Mobo tray is bent? Other than send it back, what can i do?

You'll find that a lot of pc cases are like this ? just push at the back of the tray until they line up or pull the tray out to install things and push on it that way.
If you put the screw it there's no way your sound card is popping out.

No push on the back until they line up takes a bit of strength or slide the board out and push on it that way.
