Is anybody having any speed issues with eclipse at the moment as my speed has gone down to 247kb/s as opposed to 505kb/s at 5.00 oclock in the morning.

always been same for me tbh after the initial 2 weeks when i got it,it was horendous,can get full wack 600-700 after 12 onwards then in afternoon goes pretty much like yours is doing then come 6pm all hell breaks out sometime good sometime terrible with disconnects
traffic shaping truely sucks .......

What are you downloading with (http/ftp/P2P/usenet?)

They've put a 2Mbps speed limit on P2P/usenet during the day to try and keep the leechers under control and my http/ftp speeds have definitely increased since they did this.

An hour or two earlier everything dipped in speed though, down to less than 2Meg but seems back to normal now.
