anyone here on Eclipse having their p2p strangled to death in the last 2 weeks?my dl have plummeted through the floor in the past fortnight.was wondering if it is just me or if they have really started to implement `traffic shaping` with a vengeance

well i am on evo 1 atm(just downgraded myself)due to poor speeds,but i think it is on home as well
