Is anyone else on Eclipse having problems with their traffic light fair usage system?

I tripped it last month (had a couple of big things coming down the line that month) but it says that it's reset at the start of each month.

However mine went from red to amber for a day and is now back to red.

Now I don't download anything and haven't even played any online games this month (all 3 days of it), so no idea how they think I've done 30gig in 2 and a half nights :(

Has anyone else had problems like this? Been with them for 6 or so years now and this is my first real problem :(

Been doing some reading and think I'll shift over to ADSL24 or the like, got to be better...

Just a real shame I'll lose my email addresses, that'll teach me to use my ISP mail account as my main email account :(

I'm thinking of switching to Eclipse from the cheapest Tiscali broadband (apparent overuse resulting in capping of speeds and the like) does anyone recommend them and if not who? (I can't go above £20 a month and even that's pushing it)

If you can get UK Online I cant recommend them enough, full speeds 24/7 and 14ms pings to UK servers where as I got 30ms pings with Enta.

I was with Eclipse but I left them due to there excess traffic shaping.

I'm now with Zen Internet and there great, Im on there 34.99 a month package with a 50gb limit, they also have a 24.99 package with a 20gb limit, never had anydown time and they dont traffic shape.

Ive also been over my 50gb limit some months and they didnt say anything about it, I dont make a habbit of it tho :)
