Hi all,

Last year I created a website for a car owners' club, using Wordpress, and have skinned phpBB3 to match so that it appears to be integrated and one site.

The Club sells spares, however, due to a legal requirement under the clubs terms as a voluntary non profit making club that doesn't pay corporation tax, we are unable to sell to non-members. Selling to non-members negates this law and leaves us open to both tax and VAT implications.

The Spares have been using a very old Dataease database pretty much since the inception back in the 80's, and this produces invoices, allows the sales to be recorded against a member, and keeps track of stock levels. All orders are submitted by post, with payment via cheque.

The club has been asked about the option to order spares online, and then either pay via PayPal or by sending off a cheque.

Our club membership is noted in another database, however the member list is able to be extracted from this, and this has been imported into the Dease database - so a list of people who are *allowed* to order is possible to acquire.

My rambling/background over, now to the question... has anyone any experience with e-commerce style applications, either stand-alone (that I could make look like it's on the Wordpress site) or a Wordpress plugin, that will allow me to list the products, keep stock levels, produce invoices, accept payment either offline (ie user prints the order and sends it with a cheque?) or via PayPal (with the suitable costs added onto the price for the convenience of paying via PayPal)?

A big ask, I know - but any thoughts or suggestions, I'll certainly look into it!

Cheers!
