Right... quite hard to explain... got a client who wants the following...

a user can sign up for an account and create a 'mini' shop on the website which will list numerous products which the user can upload

when a visitor purchases one of these products, is it possible with a payment provider that monies can go into the user's bank account who owns that particular shop product and 10% of that money goes into the the website owner's account (as their commission)

I can't see how the signed-up user would be able to receive the funds directly without each one getting an account. Would it not be easier for the website owner to receive all funds and redistribute them minus the cost.

You would be best off talking to ecommerce providers but I know of one system that does this. Each vendor is paid by the website admin minus the % they take. Obviously this depends on the number of vendors the website may take.. with loads if would become unmanageable.
