Zencart!
I have setup several websites with OSC and Zencart and found the latter to be much better. The two are very similar, so I see Zencart as an enhanced version of OSC.

I found zencart very easy to set up, however modifying the look I found to be a real PITA. I even borrowed the offficial Zencart book and it was totally pap!
I have seen some of the websites made with Zen cart and they look amazing, totally custom, but I found very little out there information wise that tells you how to do it.
