Hi, just after some advice really, i dunno if any of u switched to EDF when they were doing the £100 cash back offer? , but i did and basicly i have been with them for 4 months now, and each time there's a payment due they take the full amount out of my bank account, so i phoned them and asked them what the £100 that is sat in my EDF account is for and the said "paying your bills" so i asked why they were not doing this, and they said they were, even the full £100 is still sat there after 4 months, so after another 40mins of the same convo i still hadnt managed to make them grasp that they need to take my nxt bill out of the £100 in their account, so did anyone else switch to them, when they had this offer on and is having the same problem? . What should i try nxt a another phone call to them? or anything else i can do, thanks

I switched to them, they said it was already added on as credit and I'm not 100% sure if I didn't pay for the first bill or so. Need to check!

To be honest, not been that impressed and might make the switch back to British Gas at the end of the year.

Next time you call ask to talk to a superviser. If they don't get it ask to talk to their superviser. Keep going until you aren't talking to a moron.

We just switched to them, they are taking the bill out of the £100 they gave us, not had to pay anything yet :).

This.

I switched in Jan and they've been taking Electricity bills out of the £100.

Still not had a Gas bill yet, as apparently they're in discussions with my previous supplier about the change-over readings.

guess that explains the lack of gas bill as well then, tho we had one the 1 st month but not since

Have you logged into your account online and checked the status of things?

Are you sure that it's not just that your gas 'payments' haven't been coming out your account, because they've actually been paid out of the £100 credit?

The online section of your account should tell you quite a lot.
