For a while my ATI X1900XT has been suffering from a little edge enhancment halo effect around text. It's over DVI to my Philips monitor. The HTPC with the Nvidia 6150 over VGA doesn't have the same effect. The edge enhancment looks around 1 pixel wide around the text. Is it a hardware or driver fault? Sometimes it doesn't seem to boot up with it.
