Hi All - not sure if I will find support/help for this in 2019 but still trying
I bought Edifier C2XD in 2014/15 and I just love them!
But now, a ghost has taken over my speaker system
Since last few days, the input mode keeps changing automatically (the LED keeps jumping around between the three modes). This happens totally randomly and there's no set pattern (I have spent countless hours just sitting there observing if there's ANY pattern). When I try to press the Input button on the front panel, nothing happens. It's as if something is overriding my button presses. Sometimes the Input button does work - but that's random as well. Said ghost is quite cunning, it seems.
I'm in India and Edifier doesn't have a support office here. I tried contacting the Edifier customer service but they demand an order ID. I have explained that I had bought the product from a brick and mortar store and have now lost the invoice. No response from the customer support team too.
What do you suggest I do?
