Edifier C2XD

ayup people,

I'm after some new speakers but not sure on budget - I've come across the Edifier C2 Plus which looked pretty decent for what I want.. But I'm feeling saucy and could probably splash out a bit more.

So then stumbled across the Edifier C2XD. I can't find many review though so wondering if anyone here has any thoughts or experience with these? Looks like a bigger brother of the C2 but I've no idea...

You're right, very little amount of reviews for them. They do look similar to the C2. Looking on Edifier's site, they have been replaced by the C3, so no specs for the C2 on there. Reading a review of the C2 states they have analogue inputs only, whereas the C2DX have a digital optical input as well as the analogue ones.

If you don't need digital input, the C2 look like a good buy. On offer in this week only deals for £50, rather than the usual £60. I suppose it depends on how much more the C2DX are really.
