Edifier R1900Tii with Xbox 360

Hi Guys,
Have not touched my Xbox since I got my PC but want to now as GTA V is being released. Is it possible somehow in connecting up my Xbox with the monitor and Speakers as the speakers only have a Input Jack connected with RCA and the monitor does not have built in speakers?

the xbox certified vga cable, allows you to connect it to a monitor and then it has 2 cables for sound, the red and white cables like you used to use on old tvs
