I'm guessing the OP means the fireworks supported by the Bank of Scotland to mark the end of the Fringe festival.

I may see them from the comfort of my computer room here in Fife

Also in Edinburgh, heard the fireworks, but couldn't motivate myself to get anywhere useful in time to see them

Yep, about the only part of the Festival I've seen this year.

It's probably due to your time zone or daylight savings setting.

Saw a few of them driving back from Glasgow and got to watch the rest from my roof. Had the radio on in the background but there was an annoying delay, the music always being about 2 - 3 seconds behind.

Was working when they were all going off, and we are on the wrong side of the road to see them. Sounded amazing.
