Spent a day in Edinburgh this week, been a few times before but they were all before I had my camera. Didn't have loads of time but here is a few from the trip. I'd love to go back and visit Calton Hill either at sunset or sunrise when the weather isn't so overcast

Scott Monument. This was stitched together from 4 photos purposely to get the altered perspective instead of shooting the whole thing in one shot. Think it came out quite well. There is another edit in my Flickr which is heavily processed to get a more dramatic feel

St Giles Cathedral. Couldn't find a time when we were passing that didn't have lots of distractions in the way...this was the best!

Calton Hill. Stunning view across the city

Calton Hill Panorama. A staple shot if you head up there

Any thoughts or feedback as ever greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the feedback guys. I've never processed a picture in black and white and looking at it again now it does seem a bit uniform. Will try and reprocess it with some more contrast.
