Edit an ISO

Does anyone know of a FREE tool to allow me to edit a file in an iso, and then save the iso with the modified file.

Neither are free, but after playing with PowerISO it sort worked. It's a bootable (linux) iso I want to edit. After editing the 3 files, and saving it, it removed the bootable part of the CD.

I need to look into that now. Unless anyone know better?

I use either WinISO or UltraISO to edit ISO images.

How about editing an IMG image, if I use the above it does the edit but then corrupts the contents so anybody have any ideas what I can use to edit this damned IMG image?

Why don't you use some software to convert the img to a std iso or a bin and que file and then edit and save it...?

Magic ISO doesn't work on images larger than 200MB if you don't pay.

Yep winRAR edits ISO files now, so does 7zip.
