hi guys,

when i mount an iso file i've got, it doesn't take the name of the iso file, but an internal one, how do i get to ammend this, and also change the icon of the mounted image?

i'm assuming the normal way would be to get info, then paste in an icon, and change the name in the "Name & Extension" section... but this is greyed out since sharing and permissions is set to "You can only read", so maybe my question is, how to i enable it for read/write temporarily?

gracias :)

you can't - ISOs are read only images. Much the same as you can't edit the name of a CD or a DVD and can only edit the icon associated with CDs and DVDs. You define the mounted display name when you create the image
