I've almost given up on overclocking programs, Overdrive...Afterburner...TriXX, they all fail to keep the voltage down (eventually goes back up), the clocks stay as they I want them to be.

RBE doesn't work with 7xxx or later, so what can I use?

I know that I need to use ATIFlash(?) to flash the bios, but to edit?
