Editing the start menu in XP Home

I've just set up a new download server, it had XP home already installed on it and it couldn't really be bothered to install Pro.

I'm wanting to edit the start menu (remove help, search, documents etc.). On my previous download server I used gpedit.msc as it had XP pro, so I installed Gpedit on the new server, but it doesn't pick up all the start menu items.

Is there any other decent way to edit the start menu in XP home?

I'm using the classic start menu - keeping it as slim as possible.

Right-click Start menu, select properties, start menu tab, click customise select/deselect as required

That doesn't give the options to remove log off, shut down, help/support etc.

TweakUI might have something that can do that, been a while since i've looked at TweakUI tho.
