Edreams.. How bad are they?

Ugh oh. I've booked my flight with edreams and now reading the horror stories about them.

My flight back is "confirmed bookings" but it is not present on the carriers website.

I'm not really sure what I can do? I feel this is because the flight isn't actually booked?

Anyone used this site successfully or unsuccessfully?

I've read so many horror stories I'm not sure what to do. Initiate a charge back immediately?

Thier chat is all bot. Even talking to an agent.

I do not want to get stranded out in Norway. But don't feel a charge back will be in time to rebook.

I feel its unacceptable to say booking confirmed without being able to find it on the carrier website

Yes that would concern me tbh. It was interesting that they were the first one to come up when I was looking for flights as I'd never heard of them before.

Sorted.
For some reason my outbound flight had a booking reference that matched the airlines. So in the portal I could see my flight.

In the inbound flight it wasn't.

An hour on hold and I finally got it.

I did suggest that in future they put on the airline booking reference. That seems sensible.
