I want to buy a macbook pro, holding off till the conference thou just incase something changes to em.

I noticed on apples site that they are offering 10 months no interest on their financing. I am a uni student and intend on going on the phone to them to order through the education store but will the finance still be there? can i do it all over the phone?

i think its a good way to get a mac

Dont think you can do both. Its either student discount or finance. If you can get an interest free overdraft account, use that then just pay it back yourself over 12months then close the account!

darn it apple lol! Might give em a call and see, or has the guy who replied done this?

i checked the referb store too and they dont do it grrr

My gf bought a white macbook about three weeks ago from the Manchester Arndale store and she got it on finance even though she is a full time uni student, she does however work 16 hours per week so that maybe the reason.

yeah you can get normal finance no problemo, but you can't get the tasty 0% over 10 months version unless you are in full time employment ;)

well i could get finance i am self employed a contractor im sure that means i can. just dont seem worth it to buy direct from the store sure the payments are like 130 a month but then i save like 200 in the education store and get apple care.

Ill go to the education store just take the plunge lol
