Just curious if anyone knows if it's possible to monitor the real time upload/download of a network, My ISP is EE but the actual router doesn't have this function built in, Could I monitor the IP of devices connected to the network ?

I had a look around google but all I got was some dodgy looking links to software I've never heard of.

If you want to monitor the entire network it's something you'd really need to be doing at the router. On your normal basic home network, it's the only device that sees all of the traffic in and out.

The router I have is from EE and sadly it does not have this functionality.

most consumer based routers wont have this function

You need a custom firmware like ddwrt, openwrt or a dedicated firewall like pfsense. Pfsense has an excellent package for this monitoring called ntop

Untangle does this natively. PfSense with nTop does it almost as well, but you need to install the package.

Be warned though - it’s a total rabbit hole once you start looking at logs.
