Bit of a back story, my area has virtually no phone signal on any network, years ago we were due to have a tower put up until everyone in the surround area kicked up a fuss, petitions and protests to not have said tower built, reason we live on the side of a mountain and don't want the scenery ruined by an eye sore of a tower, my two cents anyway.

So the whole family have phones with either ee, orange and T-Mobile (myself) and decided to have a look into signal boosters and EE have been offering their signal box for a while but only to business users, but looked around on forums and stuff and in some instances regular customers have been getting them.

I can't seem to find a number to enquire for one, but in the case if they try to charge me £85 for one, do you think it would be worth trying to pick one up off a popular auction site? Heard some stories that second hand ones won't be re-activated.

Just give CS a call and if they try to charge you tell them you'll have no other choice than to move all your contracts to another provider see if that sways them.

I have an iPhone, but is it available on T-Mobile? Since they're kinda the same company now.

The only reason I've gone with T-Mobile is they were the only company at the time to offer Sim only plans with Unlimited Data usage, and at £18/m I'm happy includes unlimited calls and text

Thought as much, I'll give this Signal box I'm bidding on a try see it that gives me luck

It's been a while since I've done any reading on them but it at least used to be the case that they point blank refused to activate a 2nd hand box so you may just be peeing money down the drain.

Yeh sorry. Only mentioned it as EE tried to sell me a signal box for £100.

Moved to 3. They gave me one for free. Although it's still 3 property and they want it back upon leaving them.
