well after working for EE for over 2 years I can officially say if you get charged for calls or 3rd party content, as long as you act like a real **** on the phone you will not get anywhere. If you have a complaint escalate it to a manager and you will not only get what you want you will also get a gesture of goodwill payment. Customer comes first no matter how rude and abusive u are to the advisor. Join EE and they will give you discounts and refunds and even take you out of contract as long as you are stubborn and abbusive on the phone. Get stuck in guys
 
Been there, done that... If someone is abusive on the phone you give them one warning that you will terminate the call if they continue to be abusive. If they are then abusive again you sjust state that they have been warned, that they have continued to be abusive and you are now terminating the call then just drop the call...
 
I have not experienced any thing nasty with ee customer service.

You see i asked the bloke about my contract running out and wanted it canceled and said it has to be within 45 days when the contract runs out, so put the phone down and was done.

Back then i was offered a discount at 2016 when i signed up so yeah.

And i was not rude so smooth sailing.

Okay let's put it straight. If you are nice and pleasant forget it you are screwed. Ring up ask for a manager they won't accept the call we are then told to barter from low to high managers don't want to take the call so you get what you want. Don't believe ring up and complain but mention that you would expect to be treated how you would expect your parents or family to be treated and you will get what you want
