Needs a lot of work doing to it, looking forward to doing it and posting progress! :)

Its a 3 bed semi thats been extended to put on a garage and a long (6m) room above which could easily split into two smaller rooms making it a 4/5 bedroom.

Congrats! I would try and put an en suite on that big room, I don't know how people survive with only 1 and a family.

I had said that. its currently ben earmarked for a mancave, but we shall see!

Should be easy to plumb too as the main bathroom will obviously be right next to it. Hope you enjoy your new house. That's a very long and narrow garden! Wonder if it was a detached one day?

it is 100' apparently! The vendor has lived in it since it was built, has have the neighbours and its always been a semi apparently, though he put the extention and gaage on 20 years ago, and extended the back of the kitchen and dining room a few years before :)

Id quite like to extend the kitchen into what is currenlty the garage as a 6m garage is a bit f a waste of space I tink
