Someone might find this useful!

I have just removed/repasted/reseated my TRUE after knocking it accidentally and then having increased temperatures so I did my usual test after putting it back - the image shows my Q6600 undergoing a small FFT Prime95 run going from (stock) 1.17 load volts to 1.39 load volts which is the first jump and then the FSB from 277 to 423 which is the second jump ...

Still running so looks ok ;)

I only wanted to demonstrate the temperature for a voltage rise and for a FSB rise cos some folk think that voltage is the determinig factor ... but clearly FSB is also a major factor in what the temps are gonna be - and it is a significant amount too!

As it happens ... cos I managed 4GHz under air my thermochill 120.3 rad is sitting in a box in the garage along with the rest of the wc paraphinalia waiting for a chip that it'll actually be worth the hastle to watercool!

That voltage could be for 8x ... though that was ages ago and my recollection is bit vague .. sod it I'll have another go!
