I cant believe theres such debate on this matter when browsing the net.
I've always refrigerated mine purely under the pretense they may keep longer. That said, they do definitely crack/mix better when stored at room temp.
I have 24 lovely farm fresh eggs that have beautiful orange yolks unlike the pale shade of yellow supermarket ones. Theyre devine. So how to store?
