Howdy peeps,

Any fellow OcUK'ers going to EGX on any of the 4 days its on? Wouldn't mind meeting up and even challenging some of you to some retro gaming matches in one of the booths there!

I've got a press pass due to my youtube channel and I've started getting emails about the content I can interview for etc. Not sure I can mention the content of the emails, but there's some seriously juicy stuff there, especially if you're interested in VR :O

EGX was absolutely quality. Not going tomorrow due to my train time but done 3 days in a row and saw everything. There is absolutely tonnes of stuff to see and meeting people who have similar interests (basically networking) is also paramount. One of OcUKs major competitors has a huge stall there with multiple games to play which I felt OcUK probably should have spent a bit of cash and turned up if I'm honest. The place was absolutely rimmed and the big titles had some serious queues today of 3 hours plus for the division but otherwise you could pretty much do and see whatever you wanted to. Definitely coming back to it next year!

I couldn't get over how crap the nvidia booth was. Just the VR thing there which their PR person confused with morpheus which made us all laugh. Also had booth babes....
