I just wanted to know if anyone has an Eizo monitor, if so what they think of their screen...
Eizo do not seem to get much attention on here, that is probably because they are so expensive but they do make some of the best monitors around.

I have had my Eizo FlexScan S2411W for over a year now it cost me a fortune, but it is a joy to play games on the screen. It handles all games with ease, no motion blur the colour depth is outstanding. It is by far the best monitor i have purchased to date and believe me i have had many :)

They're good, but not good enough to warrant the large premium, same goes for Lacie (who mostly just sell rebadged pro-level Samsung screens IIRC).

Of course I'll disagree ever so slightly. Of course I would have to, owning as I do an Eizo Coloredge CG241W. ;)

I spent some time deciding on a graphics monitor for my photo and printing workflow after I had been jealously checking out the higher end monitors for some years. :)

This Eizo with its wide gamut (96% Adobe RGB) and factory certified uniformity (and yes it does have a certificate with the measurements on it) was just the right balance of cost and performance. With a built in 12 bit hardware look up table it's a breeze to calibrate with a compatible colorimeter. It has a five year warranty as well but I'm not sure if that compares well.

Of course I keep my old 20" Viewsonic M-PVA widescreen for gaming and all other non-colour managed software. I'm sure it'll handle gaming but it just doesn't seem right, and wide gamut monitors make RGB images look mighty strange anyway. :)
