Just thought i would flag this up as i don't think it has been mentioned much. The specs seem to be very good with a 6ms response time, high contrast ratio, renowned picture & build quality and supports 1080p incl.HDCP.

Being Eizo, it is going to be more expensive but is it worth paying the extra for a higher degree of quality and longevity. I'm seriously tempted by this or at least another to add to the list - I'm kind of getting fed up waiting around and this seems very good and almost a match for the NEC2690, which is excellent. I just wish NEC would hurry up and release the NEC2470WUXi, so a balanced and maybe cheaper decision can be made.

The Eizo is definitely worth thinking about.

The S2410W was recently criticised for input lag in PC Format's monitor supertest. Have they got rid of the problem for this model?

Mine. Phenomenal picture quality, I've experienced no lag in any games I play.

BubbySoup - Its good to hear that you have positive comments regarding this screen. How have you found it in games, movies, etc - does it have 1:1 pixel mapping? Any pics?

Yes, it's the S2410W. It does 1:1 pixel mapping. As I said, for games I can't really fault it at all. I used to have a 24" Dell and they share the same panel, but you really find it hard to believe that when you compare them side by side. Difference was amazing. Never sat down and watched a film on it, but played some 1080p stuff just to try it out and was very, very impressed.

Speakers are great too ;)
