Got mine fitted today temps have dropped dramatically.
A little awkard to fit but well worth it.

Nice to hear that its working nicely for you but could you give a little more information like your idle temps on the cores before and after then off course load temps before and after just for people to see how well it works. Looks sweet though. If you overclock would also be nice to know how much further you can go with this over stock cooling.
 
fitted my ek 4870 X2 block today. has taken my temps from 80c idle to 32c idle. and quiet!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the look of that:D might have to get myself one of these blocks to keep my 4870 x2 cool. I have the fan on 50% and its pretty loud too.
 
Have no noticiable effect on the rest of the loop.
My idle temps are now at 29c where as before they were in the high 50's. Load tmps I done a fur mark test and it never went above 50
