Ek AIO 280 1700 help

So I bought this https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-w...-in-one-cpu-water-cooler-240mm-hs-00j-ek.html and before it had a free upgrade kit, now it doesn't but the product description clearly states support for 1700. Is a backplate bracket no longer required? The backplate I received doesn't fit.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

This forum isn't monitored by the shop staff so you would be better off starting a ticket here. It could be that it is older stock that got mixed up and didn't come with a 1700 bracket. If you open a ticket at the link I posted I am sure the staff will sort you out.

I bought that same one, my 1700 mounting bracket came separately. Put in a ticket as per the above and I'm sure it will get sorted.
