Yes, it may sound silly but I hear Aquacomputers Aquasuite is a complete nightmare to use.

Will the accompanying software be nice and simple to use?

Also, any hints towards cost? Or looking at direct price comparison with aquacomputers offerings?

I've found the software for the Ascendacy so far to be very user friendly, easy to setup, easy to customize, and we're still working on it to bring an even better experience to our users. It shouldn't be any problems for users but we will also be including a nice manual to help with any questions you may have. Along with our support system and our forums reps.

The final cost hasn't been set yet but I can promise it will be very competitive

Yup, though it looks like it'll fit in a 5.25" bay, so probably designed to be hidden.

But I agree, Black is best.

I believe I've enabled it. I did most of the recent YT videos but some of the older ones weren't me.
