EK Block CPU/GPU Copper or Nickel?

What are the advantages & disadvantages when it comes to copper v nickel? Also have heard something about copper oxidation?

I've used nickel blocks both for cpu and gpu with good results.
And considering the link above, I wouldn't consider copper.

I just removed my ek cpu full nickel block and gpu nickel+ acetal and they are both flaking badly. Ive moved away from nickel, at least ek ones.

I prefer copper. Again I've had nickel ones flak in the past
