Anyone who has fitted the above block, did you use those little spacers on the barbs? How about using plastic washers on the screws? Any tips welcome!
Got mine sitting here will install this weekend hopefully.

You have to use the spacers on the copper faces to stop the threads protuding into the water way and cutting flow. You should use the spacers instead of plastic washers because they have o-ring seals. I'd take your time, its not an easy block to start on, there's a lot of contact points and its very long. Very easy to warp the card. Also use some M3 pvc washers under the screws, some of the cards shorted out and didn't work with the block in place.

I used the spacers too. Works like a dream, if not a little heavy. You certainly get a lot of copper for your money. At load, neither of the cores rise above 46DegC, and that's with the EK in the same loop as a Q6600 with 1.35v going through it.
