Ek Connect - manufacture refund program

Hi Guys,

Not sure if anyone else has spotted this but EK are running a program for those of use who purchased the Connect to return them at EK's cost.

Those who purchased directly from EK can raise an RMA with them and those who purchased from here should raise an RMA with OcUK. Just a note around that though, it would appear OcUK staff are not aware of the situation.

As you will see, the return program has been put in place by EK as they say that the Connect was released in a non functional state or not in the state that they wanted it to be in.
I for one have had nothing but unreliable operation from it.

Yeah I saw that, I was going to write to them before and ask if they stopped supporting this device (last version of software is from April lol).

Good for people who are not happy, I am curious how this new version will look like. For the moment I went back to corsair commander.

I'm still using mine, let me restate that. I'm using it when it decides it wants to work.

I'm currently have a bit of a problem with the reseller I purchased mine from. By all accounts, EK have not spoken to any of them about it.
