EK-Coolstream PE 480 Radiator

Thanks :)

Do you think a 480 will be needed? I'll be cooling my 5930K and 3 970's, wondering if i will get away with a 360 + 240?

I have a review of quad rads coming up very soon, and all I will say for now is that it's pretty much the same as an XSPC AX rad and best at higher fan speeds compared to other rads. Great buy for the price, and comes with a removable core (Albeit not as easy as AX rads) for painting the frame easily.

Awesome thanks very much :) Exactly what i was hoping to hear :)

If you can fit moar rad, then fit moar rad :)

One does not watercool to simply get away with it :D

:D It turns out that i can buy this cheaper than a 360 think rad would so seems silly not to :p

Normally the rule is 120mm per component + 120 extra.

So if your cooling CPU + 3xGPUs than a 360+240 would be perfectly fine.

Thank you :) As above though, this rad is cheaper than a 360 so that's what i'm going for :)

Now i just need to find a pump and fittings, should i get a QDC too?

Dang...

Hmmz im only cooling my cpu in sig and using the inbuilt motherboard block. and I am going to be using a Hardware Labs Black Ice Nemesis Radiator GTX 480 and a Hardware Labs Black Ice Radiator GTX 360. the fans im putting on them are Noiseblocker NB-eLoop Fan B12-3 - 120mm (1900rpm) being controlled by a Aqua Computer Aquaero 6 Pro.

Apologies for high jacking your thread

Np buddy ;)

I'm going for these 120MM fans for my RAD, on par with Scythe GT fans at a fraction of the cost!

I went with the more expensive ones because the boss(ie the wife) gave me pretty much free reign on what I could buy for my wc build. so I kinda did a no expense spared build list lol.

As I happens I spent a lot of money near enough £300 just for the fittings alone lol

Lol, that's what i'm afraid of! I have no problem buying the most expensive items, but a £10 fitting isn't going to do a better job than a £4 one :p

What pump are you using?

There is a good you tube review on these. I have replaced my ek xtx rads with these as I like the look of them and from what I could find there performance is good and exceptionally good for the price.
