Curious what PWM y'all run your EK D5 pumps at? I'm building a loop in a SSUPD Meshlicious (similar to OptimumTech's build, but with an FLT and not a TBE reservoir), and definitely notice the pump spinning away. I have no flow sensor in the loop, so hard to measure when fluid's moving.

I'm not sure it helps you but I have the EK dual pump setup and a flow sensor and here is a selection of my measurements (both pumps at the same rpm)

Okay, that is good to know! So you're seeing something relatively linear. I think my issue could have been air built up within the radiator.
I might have to work out how to fit a flow sensor in somewhere discretely, but for now I'll just try decreasing pump speeds and monitoring liquid temps. Already down from 50c to 40c after fixing my fan directions (whoops) and curves.
