EK Duraclear Issue/Problem.

Hopefully someone else who has used this can put me out my misery as the 3M piece I got is fubared ( Well I think it is ),
Was about to delid the 7700K and re-tube etc, opened up the box and its flattened across the whole length not just at the ends, its also sort of twists like a Helix in the second photo, hard to take a shot of it, but the tubes virtually collapsed on the bends.

Serves me right for not sticking with ye ole faithful XSPC tubing.

Could try putting it in hot water to see if it regains its proper shape, but with 3 metres i would send it back

My 3 metre box of 7/16 was like that too.
Hot water helps a little but doesn't completely get rid of the ovalness.
On the bends I tried to arrange it so the thinner section was on the side of the bend. So when the tube was bent it pulled it round again.( if you get that )

Thats pretty terrible, not like its cheap either.

Cheers for the replies, think it'll go back I'm not farting around with hot water to straighten out/round off tubing that came at this price.
