EK GPU block

just recieved a EK GPU block and i don't want to destroy my new card, it says to put thermal compound on the GPU, RAMs and chip??
but it also says to put thermal pads on RAM and power regulators??

a translation would be nice

I used as5 on my 8800gt. Nothing dead just, mx2 probably a better call though. I can't see why using a thick layer of mx2 is any different to a thermal pad
