EK Gpu water blocks

Anyone know what paste you get with these blocks i just got 2 and the paste has no name on them and is it anygood?
If not whats the best paste to use when i build my custom loop for use with water?

no idea what it is but i've used it on both my 290x and they idle at 32 degrees so i'm happy with it.

ek give the gelid gc extreme. they're one of the best thermal pastes around

I was expecting the next post to be along the lines of "i use glod pressed latinum on mine to get 0.003% better overclocks so throw the stock stuff away"

EK also give you enough to do 2 blocks and in my case the CPU as well! good show EK
