So what is the deal?

Shall I just get copper?

Was going to get 2 of these these but I really don't want the hassle of RMAing them if the nickle starts coming off. I'm fed up with RMAing computer parts.

What do you guys think? Are EK Nickle blocks safe?

I stuck with copper when I bought all my blocks as I knew I wasn't going to be running an "approved" fluid and didn't want to run the risk of flaking

from what I've read EK are also not the easiest of companies to deal with regarding RMA either as they tend to just tell you it was your fault and then ignore you (obviously buying through OCUK you get support directly from them), but again, wasn't a risk I was prepared to take

Yeah, I think I'll just get copper, it's not really worth the risk. I don't like the idea of having to use premix fluid either, £8/l for essentially de-ionised water, it just grates on me a bit.
