EK Radiator.. what does this mean?

ATTENTION! FAN INSTALLATION TIP
The core of radiator is not in center. EK suggest users to install fans on side where core is closer to center.

What exactly does this mean?

It means the rad core is offset and one side of the rad has mounts closer to the cores, this would result in your fan screws pucturing the cores and killing your rad,

Weird design choice by EK. I'd put the fans on the side which gives them the most space before the core. Not clear from your OP whether that's what EK are advising or not.

Driving screws through the cores and killing the radiator is only an issue if you're daft enough to use screws that are too long. I'm always astonished when someone does it on these boards.

that is exactly what EK are suggesting
